Approver is maintained still it is going to escape route ??

Hi ,

I have maintained all the approvers for the role and I could see that role owner for the respective role while creating the Access request.

but after the request submission it is going to escape path instead of ROLE_OWNWER stage, please find the below attached screens and let me know your inputs on this??

you have selected system as well.

route system to different path or submit role without system. it should go perfect.
