"Certificate not found error" while changing the document using document viewer

Hello Experts,

I am getting  error "Certificate does not exists" while opening the document for changing it.

Please find the screen print for the same...

I am not sure this will help you to understand but, this is not working for only one user and for other it is working fine.

I have maintained same security authorizations as well as tried with different browsers,still I am getting same error message,

Can you make some light over it, Your valuable comments & suggestions will be helpful.

This is more ever looks like certificate issue for internet explorer.
