can someone explain the difference between 'spend and budget' when setting up a new marketing fund?

For the time being it's fairly straightforward. You can manually maintain marketing "budget" & "spend" for an associated campaign that can be subsequently used for Marketing Analytics within C4C.
Currently, there is no way to automatically maintain this info or track how much available money was spent for the campaign or what is remaining.
