Sales report using customer hierarchy nodes

Hello SD Gurus,

I have requirement where in the client has three individual customers grouped under one category. He wants to have the reporting to be done at the category level i.e.,

For exapmle : Three power stations(NTPC) are there in Ramagundam, Hyderbad, and Vijaywada. CLient wants to have the reporting to be done at the NTPC level not at the individual entity level.

Need ur help in implementing the same using the Customer Hierarchy.

What are you looking at , how to configure Customer Hierarchy ?

Hi Santosh,

I need to run sales report to see total sales volume at Hierarchy node level.

I have done customer hierarchy configuration, created hierarchy nodes and assignment. I have created sales order for customers. Now i am struggling how can see my sales volume at Node level.

Here you can see what i have done so far.

1. Step up customer Hierarchy

Customer HQ ( Hierarchy node)

                |

Customer Regional office ( Hierarchy node)

               |

Customer 1 assigned + Customer 2 assigned to above nodes

2. Created sales order for customer 1 & 2

Now i want know my sales volume at Customer HQ level.
