facing the error in bapi "BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE"

Hello

Trying to upload the contract facing the error

Details as follows

bapi name -BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE

Error- 1) Object IMJNPT30000000C2/13/4 is not contained in object assignment for the contract

                2) No instance of object type ContractREFX has been created. External reference: REC <NEW>

If we change the TERM_OBJECT_REL in bapi

WHEN WE CHANGE THE OBJECT TYPE IM TO RU

Following error will appeared

Hi Kaustubh,

Please check below screen shots of LSMW and compare with your:

Step in LSMW: Maintain Source Structure, the highlighted one related to object assignment and both entry is must.

Maintain Structure Relations - Ensure that you have maintained all of these (reminder and organization assignment is optional)

Earlier I sent two files to be attached to these highlighted nodes in the assign file step. Open those files in excel, update it with your data and use it.

Note: You do not have to change IM to RU, but ensure that for the contract types what you are entering in header text file, below configuration is in place.

Hopefully this will resolve your issue. Else, I will export and give you my LSMW which is up and running .

I Kaustubh,

I would also recommend you to create a contract through RECN and afterwards use BAPI_RE_CN_GET_DETAIL in order to get a detail of all structures and values from the contract. That should give you an idea on how to populate BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE.

I have change the recording as per the your guidence but again the same error.

In  TERM_OBJECT_REL i have add in CONTRACT_OBJECT_ID company code/buiness entity/ rentral object number after the excuting this geeting below error

Hi Kaustubh,

What you have to do, you have to specify rental objects for two tabs (Object & Assignment tab).

First you have to put RO in this structure - E1BP_RE_TERM_OBJREL_DAT

Second you have to put RO in this structure - E1BP_RE_OBJECT_REL_DAT

Only when RO is passed for both the structures, you will be able to create a contract.

Attached two files, CN_Obj Assignment for 2nd structure and CN_Robject for first structure.

You may use this file to get your issue resolved. Change the values accordingly.
