Hello Plaban , Hello Prasant,

I have executed both the jobs ( Repository sync and Authorization sync )  but the issue still remains the same.

Please let me know if we are to fill the ' User Type ' field in the User Search data source for my respective connector .

Please refer the below screenshot.

Please suggest a way forward.

Hello Prasant,

I have added SU01 as User data type for my SAP connector in User Search data source. Then I have executed both the jobs ( Authorization sync & Repository sync )

But still the issue remains the same.

Hello Prasant,

My client has LDAP as their data source. Every user has an LDAP ID which is different than the SAP ID.

Users will always use their LDAP ID and Password to log in into ' End User Login ' link.

So through PSS , I want to reset password of SAP ID of a particular user and not the LDAP ID of that user.

I dont mind adding my SAP ECC as one of the connector in ' User Authentication ' data source , but will it help resolve my issue ??

Could you please confirm ..

below thing.

You have logged on using LDAP.

I have attached your screenshot, marked in Red , is that your SAP ID.

if yes, does the id exist in target system.

if not can you confirm your SAP ID Mapping with LDAP Attribute.

if not you need to map with LDAP attribute and LDAP should be user details data source.

Hello Prasant,

Thank you for your quick replies.

I have not maintained the Field mappings. I guess that is where the problem is.

As on today, i have not received the field mappings i.e., particular Field in LDAP where respective SAP ID will be entered.

I will post on this Thread as soon as i get some details from the client.

THank you for ur valuable inputs buddyy... it really helped a lot ..!!
