Performance monitor not working

Hello everyone! We have a SAP PI 7.31 Java Only system, and we have made the configuration described in note 1636215 (Performance monitoring for the Advanced Adapter Engine)! But when we open "Performance Monitor" we still see the message  "Individual data is not available for the current selection".

Any ideas ?

Julio,

I takes a while for the Performance Monitor to populate the data.

I did this config around a week back and the 'Perfomance Monitor' started displaying after around 4hours only.

Also make sure that the below steps are done

1. Open config tool and under Cluster-Data - Instance –XXX  Services, select Com.sap.aii.af.svc.

2. Set the value of the parameter „profile.performance.runtime‟ to true on the Right hand pane of the config tool.

3. Restart the SAP J2EE Engine for the changes to get activated.
