Issuer certificate missing in database

Hi guys,

Recently received PSE cert response and L1K root , chain root and server certificate.

When importing the server certificate I get the following error:

These are the existing database entries I created the one  ENTRUST CA Entrust Certification Authority - L1K

Please advise.

Hi,

The problem was that the .csr files were being requested as corrupted the fix was to imported transport of note 2036786 - Trust-Manager: wrong formatting of certificate request.

After this issue was resolved.

Hello Johan,

You should only import the certificate response along with intermediate and root certificates. This should suffice to have the response imported correctly.

There is no need to update the certificates from database.
