How to access Account/Contact change history using ABSL?

Hi,

I need to check whether account or contact data is changed.

SAP C4C has provided change history functionality in Account and Contact in 1508 release.

How to access this change history data using ABSL?

The change history feature that you see on most of the C4C standard objects is a special feature that cannot be accessed in PSM.

If you need a PSM accessible object for tracking changes on a BO, you will need to build a custom BO that handles this. I will be providing a SDK template soon that works for the C4C Ticket (Service Request) and includes a datasource to do change history analytics and change history work flow (if a particular change history record happens then trigger the workflow engine). It could easily be adapted to track other objects as well.

Have you created the sdk template that includes data source for C4C ticket? I have the similar requirement but for opportunity BO.
