Archiving Documents in SolMan 7.1

Hello,

Had anybody tried to archive documents before in SolMan ?

We want to remove a lot of the docs saved in version history and leave us with just the approved ones.

I found this report- SOLMAN_DOCU_VERSION_ARCHIVE  but haven't used before. So want suggestion ?

Hello Naroji,

Yeah, I have checked the note, but could you please let me know what to have in "Target Category Of Document" and "Target Category Of URLDocument" ?

Have you tried running this before ?
