SAP CLM Installation - CTXHX process consuming 50% of CPU

Dear Experts,

We have installed the SAP CLM/sourcing 10 in our existing portal environment.

All the post configuration is performed, the system is working fine. However we were struggling to stop the DB using stopsap as well as shutdown immediate.

When i checked the alert log it shows there was an active process running, the process ctxhx(search functionality) is running after the CLM/Sourcing installation. When i killed the process manually able to shutdown the DB without any issues. The ctxhr process consuming more than 50% of CPU as well.

Am not sure whether it is normal scenario or something needs to be done. Mentioned the ctxhx process listed in the process list.

we have the same issue when using brbackup to backup our Oracle DB in SAP Sourcing Solution.

Brbackup tries to "shutdown immediate" database but active sessions prevent database close :

Does anyone know how to proceed? how to stop/start ctxhx process?
