To connect SAP PO 7.4 to GXS van using FTP

Hi Experts,

We are having requirement to connect SAP PO 7.4 to GXS van using FTP protocol.

In this we able to connect to GXS VAN using SAP PO receiver File adapter (FTP protocol) and also able to post the file to GXS.

But when we are trying to pull the files using sender file adapter FTP protocol we are getting below error.

Could not process due to error: java.long.IllegalStateException: Error during RETR epilogue: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 Unexpected reply codeRequested action not taken. Extraction command SNRF: 1508210524AZOY. TIP error: GOFILE - invalid service reference (must be an 18-digit number).(0060)

I already went through below latest threads on scn.

Hi Darshana,

My few cents. Pls check :

1. If firewall is open for PI to connect to FTP server

2. Try to use IP instead of Hostname in CC

3. Check if you able to ping /  connect to the FTP server using some other 3rd party tool (filezilla/putty)

4. Check if the folder permissions for the FTP server are properly set for the user being used in CC

We able to post files to receiver FTP.

So all above setup is there.

But we are facing issues while fetching files.

Are you able to get the files from GXS is your issue resolved,can you please let us know the resolution? please
