Regarding work order dates

Hello sir,

I will create work order using maintenance plan. Work order will be generated every 1st of the month. And the package is 30 days, and for every 30 days an order is generated. Shift factor is 50%. Tolerance is 10%. Now at 1st date, one work order is generated. My question is that what is the time I have, to complete this order so that my plan dates should not be shifted?

Hi Sandeep,

Since tolerance is 10% which means that you need to complete the order within 3 days i.e. by 3rd of every month. If the order is completed on say 4th, shift factor of 50% will come into effect for the next maintenance call date will be 2nd of the month (i.e 50% of 4).
