Error "file is not available "while uploading rule set files in GRC 10.1

Hello experts,

While trying to upload ruleset files in GRC 10.1 i am getting message like file is not available.

10.1 is on SP9.I made sure all text file format is in ANSI only.

Please let me know your suggestion on this.

Store the rule set files in different locations like in C drive instead of desktop,then try to upload the same

May be its not able to read the file from its location.

please paste the screenshot of you selection of file upload method and error message.
