Iam getting error once i purge queues on replication server 15.5 and running windows 2007 .. during warm stand by sync .. how to resolve this pls

If you can provide more details on this issue.

1)what version of RS are you using?

2) your performing a warm standby resynch, can I get the complete list of steps you are performing for this resycn,

3) can you copy and paste from the RS log all the messages related to this error so I can see more details regarding the error.

Thanks for reply .. we already contacted SAP sybase support , got fixed

it is running windows when i purge the queue in hibernate mode it got crashed due to this open tran caused queue issue.

we delete all trans from rssd db and then dropped connection to reporting db after that all is well.
