Issue with anonymous access to dashboards

Hello,

I am configuring point no. 5 as per the below guide which is anonymous access to unified dashboards -

The configuration is complete but it is giving pop for authentication in the browser.

Please advise.

Hi Nisha,

Check the user status.

Also test the sicf services on solman system.

Hi Ashutosh,

I have setup the user as mentioned in the document and also maintained correct password.

Additionally I tried to change the Type to Service user and check, but still no luck.

As per the anonymous access configuration the url should not give prompt for user / password and display the dashboards directly.

Hope this explains the issue in detail.

Hi Nisha,

Just maintain the service user in the below SICF service.

/sap/ac

/sap/fmcall

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/zdc

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/zdv

check whether the parameter login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1 is maintained in solman system or not.

If not maintained the parameter in instance profile and take a restart of the solman.
