Invoice triggered mails are not reached to SOST

Hi Experts,

in my environment SD guys sending the invoices to other user the mails not reached to sost.

no error message and mails are not showing here in sost with respective date .

yesterday some mails sent that it can populate in sost.

could you please advise on this issue.

Check the users address part in su01 for the corresponding users.

Hi Ashutosh,

in su01 the email adress is different than in receiving address. i need to resend to another recepient how to change in sost.

Hi Kiran,

are you sending the mail to the external users.?

Are you getting any error mrssage such as mails are in waiting status/recipient is invalid in sost.

Also attach the screenshot.

Hi All,

This is my user requirement. please find this advise me.

the requirement is invoice should go as a mail attachment to user

this is achieved through output type

but when I triggered the output in SOST the item appears after few hours like 6 or 8 hrs

Could you please confirm,are you able to send mails from SBWP to the external domains,you need to check this first at your end.If test mails are coming and you're able to view all into SOST than switch to ABAP team for further help in terms of any customized report for invoice mails.

Hi

Mails were send to same user as of yesterday or different users. In su01 check user profile to whom the mails are send and make sure email is configure for the profile.
