Printer capabilities

Hey Everyone

I wanted to get some more information on the print manager and setting up a new printer in bydesign. I have set up the print ques but I am not sure where the print manager user and password is coming from. Could someone point me in the right direction.  Any information on setting up a printer would be very helpful!

Hi Alyssa,

Have you looked in the Help Document?  There is a good set up guide that helps you set up printing process using Print Manager.  Search for "Set up Printing Using the Print Manager" in the help documents.

It will walk you through the process.   Keep in mind, you want to install the Print Manager on a computer that can access all printers on which you want to print and which runs permanently.
