Hi Experts,

We are facing below issue while connecting to Hana db using Analysis of Office 2.0.

Hana db : Installed Hana db 1.00.091.00.1418659308 (Standalone).

We have followed the below link and done according to it.

http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-63784#comment-610129

But still issue exists.

Note : Our Hana db is in different network.

Can you please let us know how to resolve the issue..

Hi All,

Thank you for the suggestions..

I Have tried all above suggestions.

@ Thomas Nielsen - We have opened the Firewall, Providing the right credtinals also and prompted the user details while running the Url.

@ Ashwin and Kumar - We have provided the all authorizations as per the note - 2097965.

Please let me know if you need any more information, so that it would be helpful for us to resolve the issue.

Thanks in advance,

Hi,

I believe it is a invalid or no authorization context.

Kind rgds,

Are you prompted for at user, when you access the url?

If it is invalid, then it could look like you have not enabled http access to your HANA server.

(It is a packages there needs to be installed on the server)

If you are prompted for a user, but the gets an authorization error, then it looks like your do not have the proper rights to access the HANA using http.

Do you get the same error when you try to connect to the service at "http(s)://<server>:<port>/sap/bc/ina/service/v2/GetServerInfo" ?

If so, it could maybe be an port/firewall issue if your server is on another network

Or it could be just a simple issue of wrong credentials.

/Thomas
