EUP Values not transported completely

Hello colleagues,

I've faced with the following problem. When I transport EUP configuration for templates to productive system I don't get any results.

BCset with EUP initial configuration was transported from dev to prod. Customizing was done and tranpsorted. I see that all customizing exists in prod, so prod is equal to dev (SPRO - ... - Maintain End User Personalization). However, my templates based on the same EUP Id differ.

Example:

As you can see in dev system some fields look different (non-editable, hidden, unnecessary), but in prod system all fields stay untouched.

I found note 2111894 and applied an SP stack, but it was in vain. Could anyone give me a hint why this happens?
