HI all,
I have configure SLA & maintained actions but still my IRT warning & IRT escalations mail are not getting triggered.
and Processing types for IRT Escalation
and maintained conditions
Schedule Condition : AI_SDK_SCHED_EQ_SYS_STATUS
Start Condition : IRT_ESC
please suggest which config is wrong because we are receiving emails on MPT Escalation.

please apply the snote 0002122176 SLA: IRT Escalation action is triggered incorrectly....

not a long time ago I had the same issue with not outgoing emails from solman. After implementing these notes it worked:
