how to cancel (make zero)the committed stock in a production order?
Hi Satish
For Complete committed quantity to make Zero.
1. Cancel the document in MBST transaction.
2. Then automatically stock will reverse to the unrestricted use with the Movement Type 262.
3. Committed Quantity will be Zero.
For Partial Committed Quantity.
1. Go to MIGO Transaction and Select A02 Return Delivery and R02 Material Document.
2. Assign the required Document Number.
3. Enter the required quantity to be retuned.
4. Enter the Movement Type 262 and Save.
5. You see the reduction of committed quantity in Production Order.
Please check and Revert Back.

Hi,
For your Production Order Re- Read the Master data by following below path at production order in change mode (CO02 transaction).
Menu Path in CO02 transaction ---> Order Header Screen --> Functions ----> Read PP Master Data
After click on 'Read PP Master Data', system will display you master data re-read dates pop up screen.
Just press enter on this pop up screen then check the system status which will be reversed as MANC from MACM and your committed quantity of components will become zero.

Please mark final issue indicator in components view of the Production order
You can cancel the reservation
Please uncheck " Include reservation " , Inclued.dep.Resveration - Keep Do not check in OPJJ based on the availability check key you are using in MRP3 view of material
