Stopping of CIF queues during CTM planning run

Hi Team,

We are planning to run the CTM and it will take 3 - 4 hours and as other stuffs are interlinked which is consuming stock transfer

requisitions and those STRs are considered in CTM planning, can you please suggest us stopping of CIF queues, even though if we stopped CIF

queues, it will have major impact on business run during that period as business will not able to create STO and for that delivery will not

take place.

Can you please suggest on this.

Hi Prasad,

You can check programs:

• /SAPAPO/CIF_QIN_STOPQUEUES (before CTM run starts)
• /SAPAPO/CIFSTOPQUEUES (before CTM run starts)

• /SAPAPO/CIFSTARTQUEUES (after CTM run is finished)
• /SAPAPO/CIF_QIN_STARTQUEUES (after CTM run is finished)

If you are not deleting the supply proposals in CTM, and they are available in ECC users can convert them to STO during CTM run also. When once CTM is finished and queues are opened you will have to do CCR to bring systems in sync. Even before executing CTM & closing queues I hope you are taking CCR to remove inconsistencies.
