MSS workset navigating to MY WOrk

HI All,

We have done the stack upgrade for portal 7.31 from stack 9 to 14.

A strange issue has appeared

IN MSS, When we click on of the worksets...it is navigating UWl.

I have checked the PCD object structure..it is fine...when i see the preview also all the things are fine but the issue exists

I have checked the launch pad customization also ..fine

I am wondering how the mss is pointing to UWL Role  directly.

This is an high priority issue, some one reply is really appreciatable

Please update EP-RUNTIME to latest patch according to SAPnote 2051013.

Hi

When you update system with latest patch of EPRUNTIME (SAP note 2051013) – don't forget to check SCA dependencies.

Goto service market place and im download sectiom select the SCA where you will see a link for Dependencies, something like a warning triangle symbol. That will give a complete list of dependencies.

Kindly ask your Basis people to restart the portal application server. Hope this will work.

Hi,

Try clearing portal navigation cache and browser cache. Check if this works.

Try to clear all the portal content directory cache, navigation cache, Portal runtime cache and also clear all the browser cache. Check if this will work.
