Custom field provisioning - GRC 10.1

Hello Experts,

   When we were in GRC 10.0 the custom filed provisioned worked successfully, but now we have up gradated to 10.1. Here when we create a request in 10.1 all requested data provisioning in the target system except custom data field (license data).

   User able to select the license data while requesting an access through GRC but the license data is not populated in the target system.

The license data is active in the target system and also in GRC the filed mapping were mapped correctly. I have also implemented the note 2141892 but no luck . Could any one help me on how to fix the issue?

Hello,

i think you have updated plugin as well on target systems?

custom field provision might need abap development.

either on GRC system or Plugin.

on plug in system you have method which can be used for provisioning.

if its has been upgraded the code might have to be written again.

you need to provision license data.

check in GRC system in Class

CL_GRAC_PROVISIONING_ENGINE.

whether you custom field is read.
