Hi Gurus,
We are on SRM 7.01 and we have an issue with internal catalog...
Catalog item is not getting added to shopping cart for the first time...After selecting the item from internal catalog and when you click on "Check Out" item will add to shopping cart as line item... but this is not happening for first time...
When I do this process for second time it is getting added...And this issue we are not all the time..
Please help us to resolve the issue...

Hi,
please check how many application servers you have in your environment. It may be that the session is not fixed to a specific application server and that a load balancer is transferring the data to the wrong AS (where the session does not exist and you end up in step 1 of the wizard).

I suggest you to take HTTP watch traces for both the scenarios, i.e. when the issue occurs and when it doesn't occur. Compare the two traces to see the POST Data being passed and the Cookies and find what is the difference when the issue appears.
