Error when copying delivery to return note

Dear Experts,

We would like to copy a delivery note to return note but when trying to add the return document the following error message appears:

'No matching records found  'GL Accounts' (OACT) (ODBC -2028)  [Message 131-183]'.

We are using SAP Business One 9.0 PL15. Also, we are using 'Continuous Stock' and we are able to do this procedure with other items of the same item group.

Are then any suggestions that may resolve this issue?

This Error message is showing due to GL Account determination missing for any row.

Please check What is Set GL method for all items.

If "Set G/L Accounts By" is Item, then please check "Sales Returns Account" in Item Master data > Inventory Tab > Warehouse Grid

If "Set G/L Accounts By" is Item Group , then please check "Sales Returns Account" in Item Group > Accounting Tab  for the respective Item group

If "Set G/L Accounts By" is warehouse , then please check "Sales Returns Account" in Warehouse Master > Accounting Tab  for selected warehouse in return document.

Usually Sales return account will be same as Inventory account. But please take Accountant advice before updating

Thank you for your quick response. As you suggested, we changed the 'Set G/L Accounts  By' in the 'Stock Data' tab of the Item Master Data and it solved the problem.

Hi Korolis,

Your G/L account in return document is missing kindly add GL account in return document. if you don't find GL account field in return document and tick marck GL account by going in Form Setting.

check if you have the account balance in your definition account: items group, warehouse.
