workcenter tabs missing

Hello all,

I have a question regarding SolMan Workcenter. I have 2 systems and in one system I can see more tabs, like Business process operations and more,  and in the other one I can see only the Incident Management tab.

Can you suggest me a solution for this? Cause on the Solman system where I can not see the tabs I have to install Willy Introscope and I was looking for Infrastructure tab in /solman_workcenter.

And another question: willy introscope is used to monitor the java instances? and what data do I need for step 3 from /solman_setup the Basic configuration, Configure CA Introscope, hostname data or login data?

Hi Chris,

Workcenter roles are not even part of SAP All but these are navigational role delivered separately. Therefore you need to assign these role to view the tab based upon relevance or functionality you are looking for.

e.g. in case of incident management below combination will provide you access for incident management.

for wily in terms of setup you need to installation of wily agent etc as per below link

post installation you need to provide the location / password etc so that solman has this stored in basic configuration
