Sales data missing in BW

Hello All,

I have an issue with 2lis_11_vascl. data is missing for 123 material which is having ship to party xyz in DSO.data is there for february and June only. rest of months no data for same selections.  i treid to fil lsetup table using oli11bw. But

on what basis i need to fill set up table? thee  i can see only sales organisation and sales docment. i tried to find documnets from VBAk table but no use.

Any suggetions?

Dear Raki,

Did any sales order got created or changes done for the material / ship to party combination for the period missing. Make use of VBAK/VBAP to get the created and change sales orders.

Unless you identify the particular sales order which is missing you will not be able to get a solution
