How to set the Routing rule

Hi All,

is it possible to enable the routing at first stage it self???

I have define the stage 1 and then went to modify settings and enabled the Routing options.

After saving the changes, I could see that routing enabled option as NO .

Please find the below screens for your reference and let me know your inputs on the same .

Dear Naresh,

to change the flag click on "Modify" rather than on "Modify Stage Settings". Activate the routing and the flag will be changed to YES.

just for your understanding: within a process ID (e.g. SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST) you can configure stage details globally. That means that they are valid in all stages and paths within this process ID. For example, if you have a stage ZGRAC_ROLEOWNER and configure a escalation to the second role owner after two days globally,this becomes valid in all stages where ZGRAC_ROLEOWNER is used.

Alternatively you can overwrite these settings for a specific stage. Then you have to click on "Modify Tasks Settings".
