Can I import a DB2 view?

We have a business team with a view in a DB2 table. It's medium complexity SQL. They want to use the results from this to import into Data Services.

I am wondering, can I import the DB2 view into Data Services somehow? It looks like I can only import tables from DB2. Otherwise I have to recreate the view myself through

Alternatively, is there any way to convert a SQL script which creates a view easily into a Datastore in DS?

No differentiation between Views and Tables in DS. Double click the datastore will show all the views and tables. Select the view right click and import.

Thanks, it turned out my business team gave me the wrong name of the view on the DB2 database, which is why I couldn't either import the view or find it...

I checked with the DBA for the name, got it, and it imported fine.

What happens when you try to import the view as a table in DS? We use Oracle, and it only has an "import table" option in DS, but I'm pretty sure I've been able to use it to import views into a datastore, despite the "table" label.
