We are facing in our solman while generating EW reports we are getting number and characters in report .

Please advise us to solve this issue.

We are using MS offcie 2010.

Did you allow macros to run?  I see the same thing in my EWAs until I allow macros to run then all the random characters turn into colored icons.

Also I don't believe SP16 has come out for SolMan as of now.

Thnaks for reply. We haev automatied email configiration  All ewr will get throgh email

We have 13 instacnes , we are getting these characters for all ewr .

Not a problem, I recently had this happen to me due to uninstalling a previous office 2010 install for a office 365 install and it blew away my settings for the macros to run with various things.

Hi Phani,

Are you getting this characters and all in EWA generated mail or in solman you are seeing like this.

Please confirm.
