Attachment download for notifications in WM6.2

Hi Experts,

We have added attachments to the notifications in backed.But we could not able to download the same to the device.

Please suggest does we need to do additional configurations to download attachments for standalone notifications/notifications attached to work order in WM6.2.

In Syclo config panel make sure, global parameters for DMS or BDS are set active.
