SAP PM- How to update config table T365?

Dear Gurus,

We have a requirement where Notifications are created from TC: CIC0. But when we create Notifications from TC: CIC0 and display them in TC: IW52/IW53 there are some fields (in a subscreen area) that are not getting displayed but when we create the Notifications from TC: IW51 and display it through TC: IW52/IW53 these fields are visible.

After debugging the whole process we found that if we add TC: CIC0 in Table: T365 these fields becomes active in TC: IW52/IW53.

If you have come across such scenarios can you please help me know how to update Table: T365.

At least one Customizing transaction exists.

Hint: Find it yourself, either:

  • Look for view on table and then check with SM30 if dialog exists and if it is also defined in Customzing.
  • Browse table TSCP (parameters of transaction) for *T365* and get name of transaction. You could Call transaction SOBJ and look for T365 or goto V_T365...
  • Look for OSS notes, once a record was changed by SAP you can find useful information

Raymond
