Hi there,
just a short question, I am sure someone can answer quickly
We want our customers to be able to raise their own tickets within the Hana Cloud Portal.
In order to this we want to implement the self-service support portal.
Is this self service support portal an extension or is it included in cloud 4 service?
We already have c4c and cloud 4 service, what else do we need? Is it possible to test the self-service support portal with the HCP trial account?

Hi Julien,
The self-service support portal is a packaged solution that allows external users to manage their tickets using a self-service portal. Unfortunately, it is not available on trial from licensing perspective.
