Transaction Cancellation errors- SM21

We have WAS installed on Windows clustering with 5 other application servers. We are seeing errors for every minute in sm21 log:</b>

<b>We are also seeing errors in Windows Event log for every minute.. not able to trace whether the sap errors are due to Windows errors:</b>

The description for Event ID ( 17898 ) in Source ( SAPCFP_00 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: 0, 0, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , 1, 5, 2, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , 00 152.

If any one had faced this problem, please throw some light.

There are two checks that may help in the resolution of these errors:

1) check for any cancelled jobs in SM37 that have similar times to the SM21 errors - quite often find that a user has been deleted leading to the type of errors shown

2) check all RFC connections in and out to ensure that passwords are accurate at both ends.

What caused this problem? How do I solve this?

Hi,

These errors are common, in ITS/EBP these entries are encountered whenever a user tries to login into the portal and fails.

Hello, i have te same error, but i work with Aix 5.2. I apply note OSS 683417, but not resolve the problem.

Do you now what happen????
