Safety measures from Injury illness log

Anyone knows if it's possible by a user exit or a function module to obtain safety measures form the injury illness log as its shows in Incident accident log?

In my system is not available this function module. What I want to do is to send preventive measures from the Injury/illness log.

Is it possible?
