SLD Http Ping - Status:Grey

Hello,

In our Solution Manager 7.1 SP12, SLD Http Ping for one of our production portal is Grey.

On checking Alert Details, it has below error.

RC 401 - Error: Unauthorized

Please let me know, which user is trying to connect to Managed system's SLD, so that I can check its authorizations.

Try with SLDDSUSER (System User).

This user must have SLD_ADMINISTRATOR role.

Please check and revert.

Hello,

I have checked in Portal system, SLD connection is working fine.

Also we have latest SLD data from Portal system to Solution Manager.

Abap user which we have maintained in MSC, for configuration has all authorizations to access managed system's SLD.

Still we are getting HTTP 401 Unauthorized error.

Check in your portal system  ( in NWA / vISUAL Admin based on your portal release  ) the connnection to your central SLD is working correctly .

It seems the user used for connecting to the SLD is missing some required authorizations .

Hi Mandar,

Can you share the error screenshot; where you are facing this error.

And also please let us know which SLD is acting as a data source for LMDB.

Hi Jaskirat,

Solution Manager is trying to ping managed system's SLD.

While doing that it is getting Error 401 Unauthorized.
