SAP Logon not launching

Hi,

We have transaction iViews configured in portal to connect t the back end systems. The default launch pad for these iViews is "SAP GUI for Windows".

When the user is clicking on the transaction iView link (configured in a custom application iView), the portal is prompting to save the tx.sap file. When the user is opening the same nothing is happening; but when we save it to a particular location and open it thereafter the SAP Logon is getting fired and back end system access is realized.

User is using IE9.

Please suggest.

Hi Biswajit

Can you try downloading the latest available version of IE 9 and check if the issue is persisting or not ?

Also have a look at Note # 1592282 - SAP EP / NWBC: starting SAP GUI via SSD iView on IE9 failed
