Hi Fabio,
Have you verified the login modules in the o Configuration Management Security Authentication and Single Sign-On Authentication .
And check hows the Clients and systems are defined for authentications.
at the same time do verify the Keystore and SSL certificates of your backend systems.
This will help you to identify the issues.

From attached error snap shot, it seems to be an SSO issue.
Please check System object logon type.
It has to be SAPLOGONTICKET instead of UIDPASSWORD.

This issue for all users or only one user.
If one user is getting this issue please give LAN credentials.
If all are getting this issue Check SSO Configuration and System Object.
