FIXED ASSET RETIREMENT

Am using SAP 9.1 PL 5.Am trying to retire an asset through  fixed asset module but am getting the following error

Hi

You have to navigate from FA Master Data --> Fixed Assets tab --> Overview tab --> Asset class and in this form you can find the account determination.

In Administration --> Setup --> Financials --> Fixed Assets --> Account determination search the account determination for this F

Check if NBV Retirement Expense (Gross)  and NBV Retirement Revenue (Gross) fields have a valid account.

Unplanned Depreciation

Accumulated Unplanned Depreciation

Special Depreciation

Accumulated Special Depreciation   and

Revenue clearing account are all empty.

worked out after allocating every G/L account determination with actual G/L in the chart of account
