Error accessing Host, Technical systems,Product Systems, Logical component from Transaction: LMDB, but it's fine from Transaction: SMSY > Technical Systems , etc.

Is this a known issue ? any solution  to this ? Thank you.

No , the issue still exist.
I just use the workaround from SMSY to access LMDB.

Welly, make sure to check if your ICM is running correctly as well as the AS-JAVA stack in your Solution Manager instance.
