FPSELP is a tcode which allows you to preselect master data. You could use this to meet your requirement. Go into FPSELP and expand the master data node and on the business partner node, right click and click create, give a description and then click create on the selections tab - you would be able to use the created on date - double click on that field and then the dates you want the report. click save and save again on the next screen. Now if you refresh the screen you should be able to see the dispatch button, which would take to the mass activity where you could execute the report. The data will be available on FPSELP for each run.
