Logon Error in SMQ2 (Inbound Queues)

Hello,

In our Production Enviroment (SAP J2EE Engine 7.00 PatchLevel 109044.44) which integrates EDI System (Seeburger AS2) with Oracle as backend system. Many messages are stuck in SMQ2 (Inbound Queue) since yesterday.

I try to clear them by doing "Execute LUW", "Activate Queue", "Unlock Queue" and by "Reschedule the message" in SXMB_MONI but nothing is working. The status is showing as "Logon Failed" in SMQ2.

Can anybody let me know the workaround for the same? Your help is highly appreciated

Regards

Faisal

Hi Abdul,

What is the actual error status of the failed messages in the queue. Is it logon error or after you retrying it is showing the error as logon failed.

If it is the actual error status, then cross check the service user access/validity in the system.

Hello Abdul,

Check the user which you are using for backend for dta transfer between systems.. whether its locked or disabled.

Please check and confirm.
