We have the same issue .

Personas 3.0 loads fine in Chrome.

In Internet Explorer it logs me in - but gives me a blank screen.

I have the same problem but I follow note 2175479. My P icon is appeared but not in IE. It shows P in FF and Chrome. I guess it could be problem with IE compatible (see note 2050838).

I think you have not activated personas service in sicf. Please check.

That would make it not work at all, rather than work in two browsers and not work in a third, wouldn't it? It doesn't seem likely that's the problem...

I'd first check why are there inactive objects... there shouldn't be any, so you need to fix that and re-test.

Did you also enter * into the field for the user name when looking for the inactive objects?

Hi, When I tried with * there are some Inactive Objects and those are standard SAP Objects.

Can we make them all active by applying any specific notes or we need to do it manually one by one...Also Developer Role is required for the user to access Personas and to view 'P' Icon ??

Thanks.

Look for inactive objects in the /PERSONAS/ namespace.

Having inactive objects is usually the result of a problem during note application. Perhaps there was an error while the notes have been implemented. Try to activate them and see if you can do it or if you get any error message.

There is no developer role necessary for Personas flavor usage. End users need to have at least the role /PERSONAS/CONSUMER_ROLE or equivalent.

Hi, We applied all the Notes as per the Instructions given in

2175479 - SAP Screen Personas 3.0 SP01 : Released Notes Information

Also, In SPRO, I couldn't see the Persona's Option under Cross Components and ITC Menu is not appeared in the Personas Launch screen and couldn't see any 'P' Icon... What might be the issue??

There are No Inactive objects with /personas/ namespace too...

Thanks.

For the missing P: If you don't have inactive objects anymore in the Personas health check tool, then the problem may be caused by some other installation issue.

You wrote that all necessary services are activated. Are the service parameters correct? I'd suggest going through the installation guide once again and make sure nothing is missing. If all else fails, create an OSS incident and provide access to your system.

As for SPRO: Personas 3.0 doesn't have anything in the IMG, as opposed to Personas 2.0 so that's normal.
