Max . Delivery Control via Customer Master

Hi SAP Guru,

I need to control the Maximum or Minimum # of Deliveries created via Customer Master.

As the requirement is as follow : My Client required to control the Maximum # of Deliveries as per the Customer.

Example: Customer is 1 but Ship to Party are different.

There is one sales order created with respect to this there should be only 1-2 deliveries can be created with respect to same sales order i.e. one delivery has been created with short qty and PGI has been done and now the second time, the remaining Qty need to be delivered, then t should allowed only if the max delivery for the customer is 1 not more than 1.

In Simple word, i want to control the number of deliveries via customer master in the case like SP is One but SH may be different .

Please provide some solution on it.
