Hi all

I'm getting a error when running the Adjust Time Series check:

Error description:

Error for COM routine using application program (return code 40,214)

Message number /SAPAPO/OM102

I have tried to run the consistency check but that does not help.

Please help me solve this.

Hi Anne,

Go in /SAPAPO/OM10 and put the return code there (in the pop-up). This will explain you the message.

Let us know on which version you are if it doesn't show there.

I get below explanation:

Time series is used as parameter time series (SNP)

Message no. /SAPAPO/OM_TS214

Diagnosis

Before you can delete a parameter time series, all SNP relations which refer
to it must be deleted.  This problem is due to an error in the application.

Procedure

Open an OSS message in accordance with SAP Note 167280

I'm running the Adjust Time series in an Demand Planning planning area.

The error description does not really help me.
