Can you drill down under the /hana/shared directory structure and check which directory is consuming the space?
Possibly you can linux command: $ du -sh * and traverse down the directory structure

please check the directory /hana/shared/HDB00/backup/log
this directory might get filled up. You can either clean up the log or alternately you can change the settings.

if the log_mode is set to NORMAL on a HANA system the log backups start running automatically
You do not have to configure them
Please check if log_mode is set in NORMAL mode and check which directories are taking up space on the HANA system?
