Print out issue in LRP

Hii Expert,

i have issue in production..basically i execute any program in Quality and output is correct and also the print in pdf is also perfect

but in production output is correct and but when printing the output in PDF.then output font is showing less smaller

We are using japanese default output parameter.. i checked spad BOTH quality and production..everthing is same but where is the issue??

You should consult this to basis consultant. They need to check properties of the printer.

Hello Kaustav,

let's see if I understand correctly:

• "when printing the output in PDF" -> does this mean the the PDF file, which is opened in Adobe Reader, already contains wrong font sizes? Or the problem only happens when the PDF will be printed, and Adobe Reader shows correct font sizes?
• "font is showing less smaller" -> so the font will be larger? E.g. the large (incorrect) fonts are shown at the bottom of the attached image?

What is exactly printed: ABAP list or SAPScript / SmartForm?
