SAP BRM - REQUEST APPROVAL DURING MAINTENANCE

Hi,

I've configured MSMP Workflow for Process ID: SAP_GRAC_ROLE_APPR and set only one Path GRAC_DEFAULT_PATH with Stage: GRAC_ROLE_APPROVER.

I've also included steps: "Request Approval" in the Single Methodology.

It works if I create new Single Role or new Composite Role, but if I change an existing Role in the Role Management section, the step "Request Approval" is not visible.

I need that during Role Maintenance, after added new transaction or change attributes the Role Owner is able to approve it.

Could you please help me? Where I wrong?

can you try to reapply the methodology? Then this step should become active.

It works.

I reapplied methodology and now I see "Request Approval" Step.

I set parameter 3005 to YES.

Perfect!

maintain parameter 3005 for role management in maintain parameter settings as YES.
